Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. SoCo Private Security provides security for the building in which I rent an office for my business, and their headquarters happens to be in the building. Thus, I get the opportunity to observe them a lot. Just the other day there was a homeless man who had parked himself in the lobby of our building. He was sitting on one of the sofas in the lobby, talking to himself, and engaging with building patrons in an inappropriate way. I observed Jackson, the new owner, interact with this man in a very compassionate and skillful way. He helped move the man along, in what looked like a very friendly interchange. That interaction was consistent with what I have seen from SoCo Security in the year or so that I have been renting an office in this building. They’re friendly, professional, and they have that kind of competent security guard bearing that dissuades people from poor behavior – just what you want in a security service!
