About our Positions

Our positions will support our valued clients throughout Northern California. We recommend you apply if you are a seasoned security and customer service professional who is comfortable with a public facing position and wants to uphold the expectation of excellence.

 

Essential Position Responsibilities Include: 

  • Observe, report and prevent losses and damage by providing a physical presence.
  • Conduct security patrols.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Enforce client procedures, regulations and standards.
  • Inspect buildings and access points.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED preferred.
  • Valid CA BSIS Guard Card Certification or the ability to obtain one.
  • Willingness to learn and be coachable.
  • Ability to evaluate/deescalate conflicts and remain calm.
  • Ability to write accurate and detailed reports.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to communicate with various personalities.
  • Passionate about providing excellent service.
